Being 20 Something in NYC can be a challenge. Work, apartments, roommates, relationships and socializing are just part of the day to day challenges many of us are facing for the first time. Join us for this very, unique gathering where we get everyone to engage in a way like you have never experienced at a happy hour before!
We have chosen The Playwright Irish Pub on 35th because have a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, offer great drink specials and have a delicious and diverse menu.
Here is how it works:
Arrive at The Playwright between 6:30-8pm for cocktails and socializing at the bar. Your host will set you up with a name tag and game pieces for the ice breaker games.
While your socializing you will have a chance to anonymously write down a topic or question that you would like the group to address during our interactive hour that will start at 8pm.
At 8pm your host will turn down the music and randomly pull out each topic and present it to the group for discussion. This is a fun way to get answers from many different perspectives for things that may be on your mind. (finding a job, dealing with a roommate, sex, relationships, socializing, etc)
Can I come alone? Yes, 90% of those attending this event will likely register on their own. You welcome to bring as many non member guests, friends & co workers as you’d like, just make sure to register for the number of people that you want below. Our staff will be ready to greet you and introduce you to others whether you are on your own or with guests.
